Lola’s Pesto Sauce

Sauce for several recipes

Excellent sauce to have in the fridge. Can be used in multiple dishes, pastas, salads, tarts.

Adjust Servings
4 bunches of picked basil leaves -about 80g
6 garlic cloves
½ cup grated parmesan
1 cup olive oil
1 cup pine nuts, or walnuts as a good substitute
Salt and black pepper


Place all ingredients in a blender and turn until thoroughly smooth.
Mark as complete
Keep as air-tight as possible as the sauce will otherwise oxidize and loose its brilliant colour.
