Ingredients:

Adjust Servings
600g flour
1 ½ tsp salt
15g dried yeast
100g butter -softened
2 medium eggs
75ml warm milk
225ml warm water

Directions

1.
Mix the flour and the salt together.
Mark as complete

Heat milk and water to blood temperature, whisk in the dried yeast.

Using a beater, use the slowest speed mix the flour/salt with the water/milk/yeast. Mix thoroughly.

Add the eggs and then the softened butter. Mix together.
Mark as complete
5.
Leave in a warm place to prove and double in size.

6.
Break into 80 g balls and place into mounds.
Mark as complete
7.
Heat oven to 400.C. (12-14 minutes)

Prove again, double in size.

9.
Delicately brush brioche loaves with egg yolk and water mixture. Bake.
